Your preferences are important to me!

As you know, there is a stretch goal at 10k that will "upgrade" the game from cubic dice to knucklebone dice. We have not reached that yet, but it might be very likely given how many days the campaign still has to run.

I've read your comments and saw that some people would prefer the cubic dice, which is completely justified.

Therefore I promise you will be able to choose which type of dice you'll receive in your game.

I have made arrangements with my manufacturer to facilitate that. Your preferences are important to me. We will manufacture two versions of the game. After the campaign ends, you'll be able to choose which one you prefer in the pledge manager!

What a crazy start! - Update 1

Perthro Update No.1

First I have to thank you all for the amazing start we have had. I still have a hard time wrapping my head around getting funded in 24 hours. Now just about 2 days into the campaign and we're already at 5k backed funds! Thank you all for being here and joining me in this adventure!

I have read your lovely comments and even have gotten a couple of inputs and great ideas that I would like to address here:

New Backer Reward Tier: Helvetian

This reward is for swiss residents who would like to pick up the game at DuBischDrah Board Game Café in Zurich. This Backer Reward Tier does not charge for shipping and you will get notified when the game is ready to pick up. Backers who choose this reward will most likely receive the game later than if you'd have it shipped to your home.

Otherwise, this Backer Tier is the exact same as the Viking Tier - just Pick Up instead of shipped.

Rules Languages

The rules will be available in the following languages: English,  French, German, Swedish, Polish, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, and  Portuguese.

If you would like to submit a rules translation of a language not listed above, please send me a message or comment on this update.

Add-ons and stretch goals

It's looking like we could cross the first stretch goal of 10'000, therefore I want to let you know that each game would receive the upgrade, same with possible future Stretch goals. Since I want this game to be as affordable as possible, there is currently no possibility to produce multiple versions of the same game (some with regular dice and some with knucklebones) without the cost of a single copy rising exponentially. As it stands at the moment, there will be ONE version of the game. If this would change (if there is enough demand and support for it) I will try my best to find a way and let you know about it.

Regarding add-ons, the only thing you can add-on to your pledge is additional copies of the game for CHF18.- (equal to the Viking pledge amount in your currency). Depending on the quantity, there could be additional shipping costs. I don't think that this game needs any add-ons, since it would make shipping a lot harder and expensive, and I want the game to get to you as soon and as safe as possible.

What's next?

We still have 28 days ahead of us. To keep the awesome success going, I need your support in sharing the campaign with others who would love to have this. Tell your friends, family, clan, guild, Facebook groups, Instagram followers, TikTok-ers, Viking Brothers, and Shieldmaidens! - We can make Perthro incredible, we just need others to hear about it.

You are all INCREDIBLE!

I can't believe my eyes that you guys came together and supported PERTHRO this fast!

With the campaign still running for 29 more days, I can't even imagine where this will go!

Thank you all for your support! I'm speechless.. absolutely mind blown.. I'll post a "real" update once I get my jaw off the floor and can see straight.
