Hey dear Backers!

So as I promised, here is what I know about the freight shipping situation:

All the games headed to the UK are on route! They are sent with FedEx, so they shouldn't take long to get to my distributor.

For the rest, I haven't gotten any definitive confirmation that their ships have left port, but I will keep you posted as soon as anything new gets confirmed.

My Manufacturers have stated, that all shipments have left the port last thursday (the 18th) but I am still awaiting a shipment tracking or vessel tracking number before I can be sure that they made it past the first bottle-neck.

I hope this finds you all well and I have high hopes.

Waiting on confirmation

Thank you all for being patient.

I'm sorry that I haven't posted an update in a while. There were a few issues behind the scenes that I needed to clear up and get definite confirmation for. I wanted to wait until I had absolute and guaranteed vessel names for the freighters on route to Germany, the UK, the US and Switzerland before posting an update. I  don't want to tell you that the games are finally on the freighters, if they're still stuck in transit because of the massive backlog in various harbors all over the world.

I didn't want to state something, while not having any assurance it to be true.

Communication with Asian harbors is difficult as it is, due to time difference. They wrap up their work day when ours begins, so there's only a small window to try to get through. Also, there are a lot of shipments waiting, and therefore a lot of people wanting to know when their shipment will be on which vessel.

I am hoping and in good faith, that I'll get some good news by Friday, or at the latest Monday.

I apologize again for my lack of recent updates, but there wasn't anything good or noteworthy to update you on. It's really been a waiting game. I hope to get some good news really soon and hope I can count on your patience just a bit longer.

You can count on another update on Monday at the latest with hopefully good news.

Shipping delayed

The crux of unfortunate events.

I know that this isn't something you'd want to hear. We had planned to be shipping the games to you from the fulfillment centers within the next week, but there have been a few issues we had to solve first. Unfortunately we couldn't resolve all of them before the Chinese new year, therefore the games are still stuck at port in china, waiting to get a spot on the next freighter after the holiday ends.

As some of you might have heard, there is a shortage of containers in china, and therefore the shipping prices have drastically increased. And thanks to Brexit, every shipment to my backers in GB would have cost an additional £5.- because it's not in the EU. Thankfully I managed to partner up with a good friend, who will be my distributor for GB - Problem solved!

For the freight: we'll need to wait until after the holidays (22nd of February) to get a new quote on freighting fees. Then I hope to have the games on route to the fulfillment centers by the end of February.

Again, I am very sorry for the delay. I hope you can understand that this situation is chaotic for everyone and we (the manufacturer, the fulfillment centers and I) are trying our best to have the games at your doorstep as soon and as safe as possible.

Hello dear friends and backers!

You read that right!  We're scheduled to ship the games from manufacturing to the fulfillment centers.

Due to the still ongoing pandemic and it's impact on the freight/shipping industry, I unfortunately can't make a fair estimation on how long it will be until you can hold your game in hand. However, I promise to let you know as much as I learn from my shipping partners.

So what is the plan now you ask? - Well, I'm shipping units to the US, Germany and Switzerland for fulfillment. Backers from Canada, the US, and Australia/New Zealand will get their game shipped from the US. Europe and the rest of the world will be served through Germany, with only Switzerland being served separately.

I will post updates as soon as the fulfillment centers have received their portion of games, so you're ready to look out for your tracking numbers.

Information for Wayfarer backers:

Due to the ongoing pandemic, there have been changes to the MPS this year. (more information on that right here) They are planning to have a sit-in concert and a separate, smaller Market than usual. If this is something you would rather not want to attend or would like to change your date, you can reschedule for a later event. Just message me here.

End of the year update!

We've started production!

With a slight delay due to a dice color issue (fixed), corrupt print file (fixed), and having to wait for the new prototype of Box (see below) to sign off on it - we finally started with manufacturing the games!

As you know, we're trying to get the games to you as soon as we can, but I will not rush it. That's why I waited to have the new prototype in hands before signing off - and gladly I did, because the light color had a smidgen too much light-ish red in it.

The Box and coins came out great!

In the video below you can see what will be the contents of the box that you'll receive.

So now all we can do is wait for production to hopefully wrap up before CNY and that we can fulfill by february!
